1: Gur Ke Ladoo Ke 7 Zabardast Faiday

Ye recipe bina maida, bina cheeni hai.
Sirf 4 ingredients.Ingredients:
Mitha Saien Gur – 250g, bareek kuta hua ya grated
Desi Ghee – 4 tbsp
Gandum ka Atta / Suji – 2 cup. Suji se halke, atte se chewy bantay hain.
Mix bhi kar sakte hain.
Dry Fruits – 3 tbsp badam, akhrot, khopra bareek kata hua + 1 tsp khashkhash + 1 tsp saunf powder
Optional Power Boosters: 1 tsp gond ka powder bhuna hua, 1 tsp makhana powder, chutki bhar jaifal.
Tareeqa:
Step 1:
Bhunai – Karahi mein ghee garam karein. Aanch halki rakhein. Atta ya suji daal kar 8-10 minute tak sunhera aur khushbudar hone tak bhunein. Aanch tez ki to jal jayega aur ladoo karway ho jayenge. Sabar yahan sab se zaruri hai.
Step 2:
Dry Fruits – Bhunay huay atte mein dry fruits, khashkhash, saunf powder daal kar 1 minute bhunein. Chulha band kar dein.
Step 3:
Gur Mix Karein – Karahi thori thandi ho jaye, 3-4 minute baad. Ab is mein kuta hua gur daal kar tez hath se mix karein. Garam atte ki heat se gur khud pighal jayega. Agar gur sakht hai to 1-2 tsp garam ghee aur daal dein.
Step 4:
Ladoo Bandhein – Mixture jab neem garam reh jaye, hath ko ghee laga kar gol ladoo bana lein. Bohat garam mein bandhein gay to gur bahar nikal aayega. Bohat thanday mein bandhein gay to toot jayenge.
Storage: Hawa band dabbe mein 1 mahina aram se chalte hain. Fridge ki zarurat nahi.Kitna Khayein? Ahtiyat Kya Hai?
Miqdar: Sardi mein roz 1 chota ladoo kafi hai. Zyada khane se jism mein garmi barh kar naak se khoon ya pimples ho sakte hain.
Kon Na Khaye: Sugar ke mareez doctor se pooch kar khayein. Miqdar 1/2 ladoo se zyada na ho.
